Roles and responsibility of Design team Electronics

First of all, As a Design engineering in Electronics I was worked and working in Many Indoor
exhibits in all stem parks parks, installed Digital Planetariums and done special exhibits such as AR
sandbox, Anatomage, Flight simulator etc.

Apart from production of above products, I had giving support to Procurement of electronics,
Desktop Pc, projectors etc. Additional to this I am providing Site work planning and execution in
area of PA systems, Electrical works, EB panels, AC installations , CCTV camera installation, training
to stem park instructors etc.,

Moreover I am doing research and development in area of projection mapping technology, AV

content preparation for Science on sphere, python based Digital interface for exhibits,

Finally, giving possible support in teaching aid production to Creative teaching

In the above works, I am supposed to seek Jr design engineer in fabrication process of indoor
exhibits such as assembling of Electronic modules on board, soldering works, installation it inside
the exhibits. Drilling, cutting, wiring, programming supports, purchase support (follow-up of
vendors),

Planned to assign the service works of Indoor (Electromechanical) in stem parks (after giving
proper training), Planetariums etc.

Will be support to design the new products for the upcoming projects

Also I planned to make him to manage my works in my absence (Casual leave, Onsite work) if
needed

Another major role of Jr engineer will be taking care of Creative teaching (production and dispatch
of teaching aids to the suppliers), stocking of products, design enhancement and promotional
supports

Increasing the Team size of electronics dept. From 1 to 2 will definitely increase the production
value and quantity

In the team work, Individual responslities analysis and querying the individual performance could be
hard to discern
