ORDINARIO. - SKMF President RESOLUTION NO. 05 $. 2020 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL JUVENILE INTERVENTION PLAN (CLJIP) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALAOAN, LA UNION FOR CY 2020-2024, WHEREAS, submitted for adoption of this Body is the Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Plan (CLJIP) of the Municipality of Balaoan, La Union for CY 2020-2024; WHEREAS, Republic Act 9344, otherwise known as the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006, as amended by Republic Act 10630 otherwise known as the Act of Sie the Juvenile Justice System in the Philippines, Goverment Units to develop a Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Prograi jo address the concerns of Children-at-Risk (CAR) as well as the Children-in-Conflic mandates Local with the Law (CICL) following its Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Plan yynes for a particular period; WHEREAS, there is a need to adopt the said CLJIP in order to guide the municipality in its programs and activities on juvenile intervention following the provisions of RA 9344 as amended; NOW THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, Be it: RESOLVED, as it is resolved to adopt the Comprehensive Local Juvenile intervention Plan of the Municipality of Balaoan, La Union for CY 2020-2024. “UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.” prannes OAC ve P bone Hfhau ook >_> SLI hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing.
