A-700-D conforms to Type 1 of Grade 1 under Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K 6745, which ‘means corrosion resistant rigid PVC sheet of normal impact strength, ‘4-100 sheet is a glass-clear material of excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical and electrical perform- ance tis widely used for not only transparent coverings and gauge boards of chemical equipment, but also machine parts and components of appliances which require high clarity and good durability Its outstanding clarity is maintained for a long time thanks to good weatherabilty. A-T10-D is the same as A-700-D in performance and composition except for its dark gray color, which indicates Type 1 PVC of US. Commercial Standard (normal impact and good chemical resistance) There have been increasing demands for colored sheets for industrial use, such as ivory sheets for draft chambers and blue sheets for etching tanks and automatic developer tanks. Tsutsunaka Plastic provides these colors, and other colors can be supplied upon request. (2) Extruded Sheets ‘Tsutsunaka's extruded sheets for industrial use are almost the same as pressed sheets in performance, and even surpass them in some areas. Their advantages are dramatically improved dimensional stability, which exceeds pressed sheets, and easier fabrication and heat processing, The surtace is the only disadvantage of our extruded sheets in comparison to pressed sheet; however, they do surpass conventional extruded sheets of the same kind. Semi-rigid & Flexible PVC Products ‘Two grades of different flexibility are available for lining tanks and vessels, Flexible lining with these sheets is ‘completely tree from cracking problems which might occur on rigid linings due to accumulated internal stress and impact, Other Corrosion Resistant Products SUNLOID HT GRADE: Post-chiorinated PVC sheets for high temperature appl cations, Wire-netting embedded rigid PVC sheets of a clear trans- parent color AcrylicPVC alloy sheets of super high impact resistance and excellent chemical resistance and formability.
