Why is this site a good example?

ZONING
The zoning in the site is relatively well done, commerce
following the main street and resindential buildings
grouped with out conflicting eventhough there are
mixed use usage

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

It is mainly commerce & residence but there are
services and administrative usage in small scale.

DENSITY
The buildings used as residential are mostly lowrise with
compact arrangement & grided structure. Some greeneries
are observed among grops of residential buildings. The
mixed use buildings are midrise.
 WALKABILITY
The main road have comfortable side walk and the
greeneries make it comfortable for pedisterians. In the
local roads inside the residential zone the road constructed
from cobblestone is also easy to walk around.
