3 Factors to Moral Transformation
1. The process of psychological maturation
eventually involves the appropriation, the
“making our own,” the moral tradition that we
inherit.
2. The very nature of ethical or moral experience
leads to moral reflection.
3. The community eventually encounters other
cultures and thus, other moral or ethical
traditions.

My Thoughts on the 3 Factors
In my opinion, those 3 Factors serve as a
foundation in a way for us to fully understand and
recognize how Moral Transformation can make us
a person with value or “halaga” as we interact and
be with different people in a community. It
awakens us into being someone that cares and
respects other cultures and ethical norms that we
encounter, light-heartedly (magaan sa loob). In
conclusion, I believe that the 3 Factors to Moral
Transformation are a basis for everyone to hone
and reflect upon themselves as they uncover their
true character, beliefs, ideals, principles in life and
community purpose through moral reflection.
