In the Philippines, pre-colonial architecture was created to address the building methods used throughout
our national history. Analyzing the fundamental techniques and concepts about how we ought to be made,
vernacular materials, and time adaptation are all important, but understanding the culture of each tribe of
our ancestors is equally important. There was no such thing as a designated engineer or architect when it
came to constructing structures in the past. Craftsmen and builders were not experts, but they were
entirely capable of building based solely on their own experience. These interactions often illustrate how
and why they were able to adapt to the constant need to adjust to their individual living environments by
using natural materials, geographical conditions, and available local resources. These building methods
lacked set-in-stone blueprints or any formal technique that could be changed later into a more appropriate
method of construction. Since pre-colonial architecture took place in simpler days, aesthetics were either
unimportant to them or only became so later. Each detail of a home served a reason and served a
significant purpose. The form and appearance of the dwellings was entirely determined by the
combination of required materials within the structure. And, depending on the local culture, these
specifics are later subjected to the evolution of traditional styles. The Malays influenced pre-colonial
architecture, with its design methods highlighting the talented but restricted resources of the time. To
further prove this, note that our ancestors' first homes were not entirely constructed by them, but rather
discovered, discovered, and then improved. The earliest version of vernacular dwellings in the country
were built from natural rock formations with cut openings that were then used as homes for the Tabon
people, starting with the Tabon cave complex, which are considered to be the first cases of human
habitation or indigenous residence. The Philippines' recognized sites are now considered the cradle of
civilization, having been dated as the country's origin. Indigenous Filipinos built a variety of tau't batu
dwellings, such as idjang, pinanahang, and even tree houses. Various names for tree houses were given to
them depending on the location, but they all served the same function with only minor variations to better
suit the local conditions. Similar tropical design concepts, such as elevated floor space, rectangular form,
thick and durable roofs made of thatched materials, and a pile system for foundation, have been extended
to other Southeast Asian countries. Ivatan dwellings as well as other variants strictly consisted of the only
spaces that a family required to live, and were therefore considered mandatory. For example, an open
space for the family with an entrance opening, likely fenestration if the site and location conditions
provided for an opening without posing a threat of wild animal entry. After the time of stone dwellings,
more advanced pre-colonial architecture gave way to homes that were entirely made up of only necessary
values, and then, a little later, the houses evolved into a sign of the resident's or owner's ethnic status.

Specific components contribute to demonstrate how the homes were no longer exclusively for the needs
of a household, and that there were no separate rooms for gatherings of higher-ranking residents, or
perhaps a space devoted solely to women. Traditional sculpting or carvings are now used as an intricate
addition to introduce ornaments or detailing into the design process. In conclusion, the discussion
provided us with a thorough understanding of the country's modest origins in architecture and how it later
developed in response to society's requirements. In the field of architecture, it is matter and we should
give some considerations of what user’s need,
