AFFIDAVIT ON BEHALF OF ORIGINAL

COMPLAINANT

I, Sujitkumar Shrishilbhadraprasadsinh Aged 39

years, Residing at Block No.S-1 Tower, Vayu Shakti
Nagar, Palaj, Gandhinagar. At present residing at
Security Section, AF Stn Jalahalli, Jalahalli East,
Bengaluru, Karnataka-560014, do hereby solemnly affirm
and state on oath as under:-
1. I am the original complainant of FIR being C.R.No.

11216006200003 of 2020 registered before Chiloda

Police Station, District-Gandhinagar dated 04.01.2020.

2. I say that the petitioner and myself working in the same

field i.e Air force at Gandhinagar. And subsequent to

registration of the FIR, I have entered into settlement

with the petitioner amicably.

3. I say that after having entered into settlement, now, I

have no grievance against the present petitioner. I have

cordial relations with the petitioner. No dispute remains

to be redressed by me against the petitioner anymore in

view of amicable settlement between us.

4. Therefore, I have no objection if the impugned FIR and

all subsequent proceedings namely Criminal Case No.

3683 of 2020 pending before the Court of Ld Chief

Judicial Magistrate Gandhinagar in pursuance thereto are

quashed and set- aside by this Hon’ble Court. I have no

grievance against the petitioner and this Hon’ble Court

may be pleased to allow the petition, as prayed for by the

petitioner in this petition.

5. I am filing this affidavit without any force, coercion or

threat and at my free will, wish and desire and with

conscious mind.
