. What kind of student leadership does Philippines need today??

We need a leader who have a honest, hardworking, encouraging and responsible

A student leader which the Philippines needs is the leaders with rightful intentions,
responsible, knows how to listen to the opinions of other people and puts his/her
words into actions. Those are the qualities a leader should posses to make a big
impact and change in the society. The qualities I have mentioned are just some and
I think those qualities are the important characteristics a leader should posses.

- We need a student leader that is goal-oriented since vision is at the heart of what
leadership is all about. You can't sound the alarm if you're not sure. Second, they are a good
communicator because leader must have the ability to communicate something what
people want. Also a good communication creates better relationship and it build trust.
Finally, they are good decision-makers because the most difficult part is making the
decision to act, the rest is just a matter of perseverance. It also cultivates and maintains the
respect of others, saves time and resources, and avoids mistakes and hazards if you are a
smart decision maker.

The Philippines needs a leader who will bring forth a strong voice that screams for
the lowly and oppressed.  He must have the courage to go against the current,
against th`e tainted norm.  He must be the epitome of bravery that does not waiver
when the battlefield gets unsteady.  That leader must be someone who leads the
weak in making them strong because everyone matters more than the authority who
has been turning their duties to serve into opportunities to overpower others .

AND THAT’S MY SPEECH FOR WHAT KIND OF STUDENT LEADERSHIP NEED
