Research Paradigm

The crucial aspects of the research will initially serve as the basis for the formulation
of the research concept. The input will consist of the profile of the BSCA Graduates, the
status of the employed graduates, the reasons for being unemployed, and the influence of the
pandemic with regards to learning and job seeking experiences. The researchers will cover
the process in order to come up with a result and discussion on the result. The review of
relevant literatures will act as a framework and foundation, while the procedures for data
collection will act as real proof and main sources. Employability of Graduates with a
Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration from the Gordon College Batch of 2020-
2021 and Improvement of Course Curriculum will serve as the final result of the concept,
which will bring the discussion to a close.
