The example given below is for Android devices. The steps for iOS and Windows Phone
devices are similar although the screens will be different.

1. Launch the email client and add a new account.


2. Enter the email and password of the user and click on Manual Setup or Next.

3. Select Exchange.

4. Enter the domain username (e.g. username@bursamalaysia.local) and specify the server
as postoffice.bursamalaysia.com.

5. Press OK when prompted for remote security administration.

6. Configure the requirements as required else leave as default.

7. Specify a name for the account.

8. Complete the configuration and ensure that emails are downloaded.
