ACADEMIC ESSAY
A essay is simple instructions given, where one is required to tell a story with facts. Essays is
an exceptional way to summarise a long story into a shorter and much easier way to
understand. Essay writings help you develop better writing skills. An essay is broken up into
different pieces to make your writing much easier. Essays should be written in most simplest
form for anyone to understand when reading it.

Academic reminds myself of education. A essay is a description, explanation or story written

about a specific topic. It also consist of strict outline and format. When combining the two
words “academic essay” I think of developing and idea with evidence, analysis and
interpretation. Academic essays consists mostly of facts, however may at time be fictious,
depending on the type of essay you write. Many essays consist of the same format. However
there is a variety of essay types you may write out eg. Reflective essays or argumentative
essays and etc.

Academic essays is to give the reader some idea of what happened previously in a shorter
manner. It is written pieces of what the writer has experience in a specific event or whether
he/she has read an article and has to write a brief essay explaining what they understood. As
said before a essay gas a strict format that needs to be followed. Each written essay needs
paragraphs namely the introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction as well as the
conclusion consist of one paragraph only, whereby the body consist of a few paragraphs. In
the body the main parts of the story is told and a brief explanation is given.

When writing in many cases referencing is required. When referencing plagiarism is illegal.
Referencing is when one states with a detail explanation where they have got their
information. Simply the website or article. Referencing is not something that one can lie
about. Referencing gives someone the ability to find the information needed on a particular
website or link where one can find the reading piece or sometimes a video clip. Therefore
plagiarising is not applicable as it will not be your own creative writing or thinking.

Writing an academic essay may be hard at times ,however if you have some idea on how to
write an essay it will not that competitive. Clear instructions will be given which you will
have to follow which will make it much easier to write out the essay. An essay is one of the
most easiest ways to let go of your creative ideas caught up in your head. Essay writing is all
about creativity and the ability to use it. Essay writing may also consist of understanding on
how to write out a productive and interesting written piece. Essay writing is all about the
brain work.
