Required Documentation
• Eligible Participant is required to submit the following documents for

Portfolio 1 the purpose of payment of the Programme Allowance and/or
Programme Incentives by MDEC:
a) Copy of NRIC;
Allowance b) Copy or screen capture of front-page bank statement; and
c) All relevant supporting documents or proof that the Participant has
fulfilled the criteria specified in Item 2 of Appendix A.

Portfolio 1 • One-off allowance provided to help eligible

Participant offset the basic costs (e.g. internet
subscription) borne over the cost of Training.
Allowance • The Programme Allowance will be discontinued if

Participant fails to complete the full duration of the
Programme for any reason whatsoever, including
due to job placement.

Portfolio 2 profile – to submit screenshot of profile/account ID as
proof;
4. Completion of the following:

Portfolio 1 • Platform Credit is a credit assistance for the

Participant to purchase platform credit to
aggressively compete on the marketplace
platform and to help increase probability to

onboarding cost requirements (e.g. payment
