REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Required Documentation

Allowance 1 • Eligible Participant is required to submit the following

documents for the purpose of payment of the Programme
Allowance and/or Programme Incentives by MDEC:

a) Copy of NRIC;
Portfolio 1 b) Copy or screen capture of front-page bank statement; and
c) All relevant supporting documents or proof that the Participant
has fulfilled the criteria specified in Item 2 of Appendix A.

Programme Allowance 1 Criteria

Allowance 1 1. Participant has completed his/her profile in MDEC Platform for Disbursement 1
the Programme (with the additional info on the banking details); Value

2. Participant accepted this Terms and Conditions for RM 250.00

Portfolio 1 the Programme;

3. Completion of the following.

a. All 10 training modules
Allowance 2 b. minimum of 4 Mentoring sessions (8 hours).
c. minimum of 2 coaching sessions (4 hours).

4. Onboarded onto a minimum of 1 international

freelancing platform with complete profile - to submit screenshot
Portfolio 2 of profile/account ID as proof; and

5. Minimum of 10 bids or 5 contests MDEC Platform

Incentive 1 6. Participants can start the claim process upon fulfilling the above-
mentioned criteria.

7. Cut-off date to claim is no later than 1 month after program ends

local freelancing platform with complete profile - to submit
screenshot of profile/account ID as proof;

Allowance 2 4. Completion of the following:

a. All 12 mentoring sessions
b. All 12 coaching sessions

5. Cumulative income earned (minimum RM100)

Portfolio 2 during the Programme Term – to submit screenshot of the following:
• Project completion status; and
• Transaction history of income earned

Incentive 1 6. Participants can start the claim process upon fulfilling the above-
mentioned criteria.

3. At least 15 bids per week and must be verified by MDEC’s

appointed trainer/mentor

no recent or active warnings ;

5. Received at least 6 reviews/ratings from Participant’s clients
