2. Concrete Base
The need of a concrete base is mandatory for the OCS 2.0
The concrete base must be 260mm from the curb

= 260mm

3. Conduits Needed
2 conduits are needed for the OCS 2.0 and they must be placed according to this drawing

Conduit (A) is used for the electrical cable 110v/240v which is connected to the main power switch
board and must have:

• A draw string + a cable « RO2V 3G1.5 » (For France but to required local standards) from the
E.S to main power supply with 10A circuit breaker

Conduit (B) is used for audio/video and computer system cables and should go to the cash booth in
Hole B (see below) and must have:

• A draw string to pull Ethernet cable Cat.5 / 6 or VGA cable + audio cable + BNC cable (if
required)

For most of the Store, we will have

Into Conduit A:
• 1 x Power line 220v
Into Conduit B:
• 2 x Audio Cable
• 1 x Audio Cable for Autoexit SSV
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Cable for the Player going to the Store Network Switch
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Cable for a direct connexion of the Barista IP Camera (going to the window)
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Cable for a direct connexion of the Customer IP Camera (going to the window)
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Network Cable as spare

The 2 conduits must be in a diameter of  100mm otherwise, they won’t fit into the foot.

4. Direct Sunlight Condition
The OCS 2.0 Solution can handle direct sunlight condition but not for an extend period (there is a
security in the screen)

In hot and sunny country (like in the Middle East) the order point location is already protected with a
canopy, a tunnel or else.

In the case of nothing has been installed to create a shade zone above the order point location, it is
requested to create a sun protection, like a mesh or a canopy, above the order point location.

5. Window Prerequisite
In the top we need:

• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the POE Switch power

• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the Crew Panel PC power
• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the Timer Screen power
• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the Timer PC power
• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the Audio Base power
• 2 x Network Outlet going to the Store Network Switch
o 1 x Outlet for the Audio Base Network
o 1 x Outlet for the Timer Network

Additionally, for the KVS

• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the KVS Screen power

• 1 x Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v/16A for the KVS C.U power
• 1 x Network Outlet going to the switch cabinet

On a tablet at 1.60m from the ground (used to put the battery charger)

• 1 Electrical outlet 2P+T 110v-220v /16A for the Battery Charger power

Holes also need to be prepared to help during the installation, a total of 4 holes are needed
2 must be done prior to the installation. 2 will be done during the installation

• 1 x 60mm hole (A) to be done Prior to the Installation (into the wall)
• 1 x 60mm hole (B) to be done Prior to the Installation (into the wall)
• 1 x 60mm hole (C) to be done During the Installation (into the wall)
• 1 x 50mm hole (D) to be done During the Installation (on the bottom rack)

6. IP Required
IP addresses are required for the equipment below

7. What to do First
In order to avoid delay, troubles and mistakes the day of installation/training.

AUDIO AND VIDEO CABLE MUST BE PASSED AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE CONDUIT.

It’s possible to ask the electrician or the person who pass the conduits to pass those cables.

Remember: conduit (B) is used for audio/video and computer system cables, it starts from the OCS
2.0 and end up at the cash / order booth into Hole (B)

Conduit B should end up in Hole (B)

Into the conduit (B) you must pass:

• 2 x Audio Cable
• 1 x Audio Cable for Autoexit SSV
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Cable for the Player going to the Store Network Switch
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Cable for a direct connexion of the Barista IP Camera (going to the window)
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Cable for a direct connexion of the Customer IP Camera (going to the window)
• 1 x Cat 5/6 Network Cable as spare

They must go from the OCS (leave 3m of cables there) to the Hole (B) inside the restaurant (leave all
the remain cable there)
