I will not, at any time, without the consent of the Company, disclose or divulge (except
under legal obligation) any information regarding Company’s affairs of administration
or research carried out, whether the same may be confided to you or become known
to you, in the course of your service or otherwise. Data theft is a crime and if found,
Company may take necessary action under cyber theft.

Other work
My position with the company calls for full-time employment and I will devote myself
exclusively to Suvih Engineering Services. I will not take up any other work for
remuneration (part time or otherwise) or work on advisory capacity or be interested
directly or indirectly in any other trade or business during My employment with Suvih,
without written permission from the company. if found, Suvih has all rights to take
necessary action.

Suvih Engineering Services has all right to take legal action, if they notice any
unethical practices. This is applicable for MEP related services only
