The Omani Examination for Nurses (OEN), Omani Examination for Medical Laboratory Scientists (OEMLS), Omani Examination for
Pharmacists (OEP), and Omani Examination for General Practitioners (OEGP) are locally developed occupational classification
examinations (OCEs) being delivered at the OMSB test center in Oman and the Pearson VUE test centers outside Oman.
• OEN replaced the Nurse Specialist Exam at Prometric Centers on 1st December 2022

• OEMLS replaced the Lab Technician Exam at Prometric Centers on 1st March 2023
• OEP replaced the Pharmacy Specialist Exam at Prometric Centers on 1st March 2023
• OEGP is replacing the General Practice Exam at Prometric Centers on 3rd April 2023

These exams will be available on work days at OMSB Test Center (in Oman) and Pearson VUE Centers (outside Oman).
Exam fee: OEN, OEMLS, and OEP: 200 USD
OEGP: 220 USD
