Abstract

This research aimed to detect the relationship between the organizational loyalty, the psychological
hardness and leadership styles among employees in the ministry of health, also the relationship
between the organizational loyalty and years of experiences, scientific qualification variables. To
achieve these goals the researcher used the descriptive correlational method. The research sample
consist of 300 employee (144) male and (156) female chosen through simple random selection. For
collecting data the researcher used primary data form, organizational loyalty scale, psychological
hardness scale, and leadership styles scale. Then the data manipulated by SPSS and the result as
follow: the general characteristics of organizational loyalty among the employees in the ministry of
health in South Darfur State is high, there is positive relationship between the organizational loyalty
and leadership styles. While there are no relationship between organizational loyalty and the
psychological hardness. Instead there are relationship between the organizational loyalty and the
years of experiences. There are significant statistical differences in the organizational loyalty
attributing to gender variable in favor to male, also there are significant interaction between
psychological hardness, leadership styles reflex on the organizational loyalty, in addition there are
significant interaction between gender, years of experiences variables reflex on the organizational
loyalty. And there are significant statistical differences in the organizational loyalty attributing to
scientific qualification variable in favor to those who have bachelor degree. Eventually the
researcher puts some procedural recommendations according to the research findings ex:
promoting and maintaining the organizational loyalty among the employees by participating in the
management of the ministry dictions.
