PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to develop the learners’ ability to discuss the
performance appraisal methods and problems in an organisation.

REQUIREMENT
Discuss the various methods and problems of performance appraisal in an
organization. Select an organisation of your choice, discuss which method of
performance appraisal had been used by the organisation and what are the problems
faced. Suggest ways to reduce errors in performance appraisal in the selected
organisation.

SOALAN TUGASAN

TUJUAN
Tujuan tugasan ini adalah untuk membina keupayaan pelajar untuk membincangkan
kaedah-kaedah dan masalah-masalah dalam penilaian prestasi di sebuah organisasi.

KEPERLUAN
Bincangkan pelbagai kaedah dan masalah dalam penilaian prestasi di sebuah organisasi.
Pilih sebuah organisasi, bincangkan kaedah penilaian prestasi yang mana diguna pakai
oleh organisasi tersebut dan apakah masalah yang dihadapi. Cadangkan cara-cara untuk
mengurangkan kesilapan dalam penilaian prestasi di organisasi yang dipilih.
