How to Become a VMware Partner
Becoming a VMware Partner opens the door to limitless
opportunities. Follow these six simple steps to begin
Step 1
your Cloud-Smart journey with VMware. Complete the Partner
Connect Enrollment
Form and accept the
Enrollment Agreement.
Step 4
Complete all required
training within 120 days
of initial enrollment.
• VSP Foundation Training (2)
• Partner Integrity &
Transparency Training (1)
Step 2
Receive Community-
Enrolled status and gain
limited access to the
Partner Connect Portal.
Step 5
Complete the authorization
documents.
• Partner Connect
Authorization Form
• VMware Partner Connect
Agreement & Acknowledgement
of the Code of Conduct
Step 3
Complete the partner
compliance documents:
• Compliance Intake Form
• Due Diligence Questionnaire
(If required)
Step 6
Pay the enrollment fee
(or re-enrollment fee if
applicable - refer to the
Program Guide for more
details).

Additional Enrollment Steps 3 More Steps for Cloud Service Providers

and Resources
Cloud Providers must complete 1 VOP-CP training or 1 VOP-MSP training.
Ensure that you’ve fulfilled all the required procedures
to establish a VMware partnership, and review
essential materials for partner onboarding.
Cloud Providers must sign a commitment with their Aggregator.

If reselling subscriptions, one team member must complete one VOP-SE**

training sessions.
