Subject:Problems Caused By Rubbish In School.

Dear Ministry,
I am a student at Chaguanas North Secondary school and I am writing this email to you about
the pile of rubbish in our school that's affecting the student’s health and getting them very sick.

A week ago, students and teachers at the school began feeling very ill randomly. Everyone was
curious as to what could be causing all this commotion so the school prefect’s went to see what
could be causing all of this. That’s when they stumbled upon a pile of rubbish that was swarmed
with flies and maggots and it had the most horrid stench in the back of the school. Because of
this issue,our principal had to close down the school for some days causing students to miss
important tests and classes. The school tried reaching out to you for bigger bins,better sinks
and more cleaners since there’s only a few in our school.

I would respectfully like to offer some solutions that can help the school in this time of dilemma.
Possibly by sending more cleaners to our school, sending bigger bins, better sinks, and more
sanitary items. By doing this, our school can finally go back to normal and the students can be
in a clean and healthy environment once again.

I kindly request if you can take prompt action to the matter at hand for it will greatly be
appreciated by the school and myself.
