Ninety-Three and Paisa Eighty-Seven) AS ON 31/12/2020 together
with further interest, and costs thereon.

2. That your petitioner states that the instant plaint has been filed with
deficit court fee and that the petitioner undertakes to pay the full court
fees in due course of time.

It is therefore prayed that Your Honour would be

pleased to allow your plaintiff to pay full court
fee in due course of time.
