    Class 5 – After class assignment

    I believe to avoid social loafing; the team needs to set clear objectives for the project and assign
    each team member responsibilities. This would help keep team members on tract for the group
    project and show individual involvement. If that doesn’t work, and there is still a group member not
    doing their share of the work. Then, maybe reaching out to that team member and trying to resolve
    the issue of why they aren’t pulling their weight (i.e., trying to resolve the issue internally). And if that
    doesn’t work, informing the professor would be the last resort.
