 Is memorable: Yes

Mission Statement Elements:

 Short: Yes
 Simple: Yes
 Company specific: No, the mission statement is too generic.
 Actionable: No, the mission statement doesn’t help guide an employee’s daily tasks and
decisions.
 Measurable: No
A weakness in the mission is that it could have been more company specific. However, the vision
looks good to me.
