GAINING MOTIVATION AND CONFIDENCE

This was my very first experience attending a seminar as I have never attended any seminar.
Having this opportunity providing chance to interact with experts of specific fields’ definitely
gave me a kind of motivation and confidence to do more better in my life to achieve my goals.

KNOWLEDGE GAINED
For me, the seminar was a fantastic educational opportunity. I mentioned my ability to work well
in a team throughout the seminar as one of my skills.

EXPLORATION
The session on corporate sustainability taught me a lot. The significance of stakeholder
engagement in developing sustainable business models was one of my most intriguing
discoveries. Additionally, I discovered how crucial it is to incorporate sustainability into the
whole business strategy. My understanding of how businesses fit into society and how they may
add long-term benefit to society while also adding value to the company was changed as a result
of this.

LEARNINGS ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE FOR

COOPERATE SUSTAINABLITY
The event presents a road map for businesses on their path to sustainability. The six-phase
framework offers informative approaches for leaders and students at all levels to understand
where a company is on its path. It provides clear direction on the measures that must be taken to
move forward towards the idealised sustainability model, which all enterprises must eventually
adopt if they are to effectively deal with the many sustainability and other serious global
concerns that they face.
My understanding of the significance of stakeholder involvement in developing sustainable
business models was also improved. Overall, I discovered that corporate sustainability is about
generating long-term value for both the organization and society, not only about being
environmentally friendly.

I am looking forward to apply what i have learned from this seminar in my further career to
assist in developing more sustainable company concepts and tactics.
