    Peace and blessings are unto you!

    I’m Mr. Roland C. Robles, a faculty of College of Arts and Sciences. I’ve already encoded the grades of my
    students, however, one of my student, Ms. Cindy Lugtu from 1FM1-ABM on which I have given a grade of 98
    and encoded it in Automate registered a grade of 94 instead of 98. I don’t know how did this happen while I
    encoded the right grade in the Prelim, Mid-Term, and Finals.

    In lieu of this, may I request your good office to please allow me to re-encode the grades to rectify the error
    in the final grade of Ms. Lugtu because this is the advice to me of the ICT.

    Attached is my class record for reference.

    Hoping for your favorable response upon this request.
