DIVISION TRAINING FOR KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS ON INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO MAKING AND

PRODUCTION OF VIDEOS ON STORYTELLING AND BINISAYANG SINUGBUANON ALPHABET

l. This Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct a Division Training for
Kindegarten Teachers on Instructional Video Making and Production of Videos on Storytelling
and Binisayang Sinugbuanon Alphabet on August 16-18, 2022 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM in a
venue to be announced later.

2. This training aims to:

a. Capacitate the Kindergarten teacher-participants in utilizing video-making and video-editing

tools;
b. Produce stmytelling videos of sto1ies in the Kindergarten Blocks of time;
c. Produce videos of the Binisayang Sinugbuanon Alphabet focused on the initiaJ sounds and
their respective picture samples;
d. Compile videos made for LRMOS publication for division-wide utilization of the videos

3. Participants are requested to bring laptop and extension cord and are advised to strictly adhere to
the IATF protocols on health safety and security.

4. Meals and snacks incurred by the participants during the conduct of the activity shall be charged
against HRTD Funds while travelling expenses shall be charged against School MOOE/local
funds, all subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. ln accordance with the provision of 0.0. No. 19, s. 2011 and 0.0. No. 53 s. 2003, teacher­
participants and teacher-facilitators shall be entitled to service credits.

7. Immediate dissemination of, and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
