1. Purpose
This procedure describes the process of resignation of employees of PT. Future Pipe Industries to employees who
resign can understand what the rights and obligations.

2. Scope
This procedure covers the implementation of resignation for all employees.

3. Reference
3.1 Act Number 13 Year 2003 Concerning Manpower
3.2 Company Regulation of PT. Future Pipe Industries.

4. Definition
4.1 Resign means when employees are on their own resignation, which the employee does not have the
obligations and rights of the company
4.2 Exit Interview : Interview conducted by the company to employees to improve the company's service to
employees.

5. Description
The submission of resignation for employees is one month in advance by submitting a letter of resignation addressed
to the company

6. Procedures
6.1 Employee
6.1.1 Submit Make a resignation letter to the company by mentioning clearly the last date for work
6.1.2 First report to the Department Head concerned about plans for his resignation
6.1.3 Submit letter of resignation to the Human Resources Manager and Department Head
6.2 HR Department
6.2.1 Examination and calculation of employee rights after receiving information from the HR department
of the employee who resigned
6.2.2 Submit the results of the calculations have been made relating to the financial statements to the
Department Finance
6.3 Employee
6.3.1 Do the handover of work to the employee a substitute after his/her resignation is approved
