EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
FixIT offers services for different fields in automotive,
plumbing, and electrical fields. FixIT is a phone application that
you can download for androids and iPhones that offers a
book-to-service type of deal that tackles problems that deal with
automotive, plumbing, and electrical fields.
According to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority
or MMDA, the top three causes of accidents are Engine/
Mechanical failure on the road. While in residential houses up to
apartments problems from plumbing and electrical wirings arise.
Pilipinos choose to settle in the do-it-yourself mindset since the
technicians will sometimes be located far away or ask them for
very expensive prices.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Marketing strategy based on social media such as
Facebook and Youtube, The FixIT mobile application may
also be used as a marketing tool by allowing the
accumulation of points and paid advertisements.
FixIT contends with the market shares of Carbulance,
Cavite Siphoning Plumbing Services, and Cavite Autocare
Services. However FixIT provides a three-in-one channel
for emergencies such as automotive, plumbing, and
electrical that allows the users to easily access technical
support.

FIXIT is an application that you can download in your mobile devices that
functions as a medium of faster communication between the client and the technical
services provider. It works in a way that if a client experience technical problems such
as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pipe, and electronic problems, they can search
through the app and appoint a technical service provider that they needed.

The app was similar to mobile applications like Lalamove and Grab, but in the
app's case, technical services was provided. The company will charge service fee in
each complete transaction to the client.

Mechanics, Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, and other technical service


provider could register to the app. That app's system will assess their registration and
decide if they were legit or not.
THE PROBLEM
It is unavoidable to experience plumbing and electrical problems at home.
When you are living alone in an apartment and experiences a broken faucet
and leaking pipes under your kitchen sink. The first solution to come in mind
is to call for professional however, these professionals on these fields takes
time to check the situation on your home. You are left with no choice but to
