I, JEROME ARCON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and

with residence and postal address at Padre Zamora St., San Roque, Tunga,
Leyte, do hereby make, constitute and appoint FINA EDRIENNE G.
SANICO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single and with residence and postal
address at Brgy. 95 Caibaan, Tacloban City to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To claim my terminal leave benefits at the Department of

Foreign Affairs, Pasay Manila;
2. To sign any and all documents in connection with the above
acts.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact

full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present
