DEED OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, JOVELYN D. DOMINGO and JORELYN D. DOMINGO, of legal age,

single, Filipino and residents of Sitio Cabadiangan, Brgy. Losa, Daram, Samar,
subscribing an oath, hereby depose and state that:

1. We are no longer interested over the parcel of land, situated in Brgy. Losa,
Daram, Samar covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 17635
containing an area of one hundred two thousand one hundred twelve
(102,112) square meters more or less, and more particularly described as
follows:

Beginning at a point marked “I” of Lot 3988, PLS-1067-D, Being N.50-12 W.,
11742.95 M from BLLM No. 1, PLS-1067-D;

2. That we are voluntarily waiving our rights and interests over

the above-described parcel of land, and hereby warrants that we shall
voluntarily leave the portion of a lot and improvements of
land subject of this waiver without need of demand;

3. That we freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, our rights and interest
over the above-cited parcel of land in favor to JOAN D. DOMINGO,
Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Sitio Cabadiangan, Brgy.
Losa, Daram, Samar.

4. That we are executing this affidavit in utmost good faith fully aware of
our rights under the laws and free from any form of duress
or coercion;

5. That we recognize that this affidavit shall serve as a bar to

any litigation in any tribunal on the matter covered by this affidavit.
