AUTORS: according to the autor the common goal of the teacher is to increase the performance level
of the student

RESULT: demonstrated that the students' performance job in parts, as well as their final grade,
revealed that when students are inspired to engage more, the number of written works and quarterly
assessments in the grading system would grow dramatically

IMPLICATION: shown that when students are inspired to engage more, the written works and
quarterly assessments in the grading system would greatly rise.
