b. What is your nursing insight to the telephone order documentation?

 Based on what I've learned about the telephone referral order, I believe that
nurses who are reporting must be accurate and concise. The nurse receiving a
telephone report should document the date and time, the name of the person
giving the information, and all the complete information that should be on the
doctor’s order sheet.

 I learned that in an emergency, we should take the necessary action right away and pay
attention to any instructions the doctor may give to ensure that the procedure is precise
and clear.
