The undersigned Surveyor working under general terms and conditions of International Certification Services, did visit at
Effra Industries LLP for Inspection of the above.
FINDINGS / OBSERVATIONS:
A) Visual & Marking / Identification Examination:
(1) As Per QAP Sr.No:3.1: Surface Finish: 10% Randomly Witnessed And Found No Any Defects Like Ash Marks,
Lumps, Runs, Black Spot. But Weavins Found In Acceptable.
(2) As Per QAP Sr.No:4.1: Visual Inspection: Witnessed And Found No Any Defects Like, Crack, Etc.
(3) Note: The Cable Tray Size Was Very Large According To The Customization, And The Galvanizing Pond Was Small.
As A Result Of The Cable Tray Multiple Deepening In The Pond, A Black Spot And A Bare Spot Were Discovered On The
Surface, Which Is Acceptable In This Special Condition.

assessment, certification, inspection of other services except in the ease of deliberate neglect on part of ICS and its employees, servants, sub-contractor and agents. Then only the
International Certifications Services shall pay compensation to such person for his proved direct loss or damage and such a compensation/liabilities will be limited to an amount not
exceeding the maximum fee (if any) charged by ICS for the particular service in respect of which neglect arise.
