1. How will you make the curriculum relevant to produce job ready, active, and
responsible citizen?

 The K to 12 program promotes global competency by accelerating

mutual recognition of Filipino graduates and professionals in other
countries. The new curriculum allows students to choose between
three tracks which are the Academic, Technical-Vocational-Livelihood,
and the Sports and Arts strand. For me, the curriculum will make the
student job ready if we will equip the students with the knowledge,
skills and they are hands-on with what they want to do in life. Today,
as we go with the global competence we are not just needing a high IQ
but we need more skills for the battle.

2. How will you take steps to accelerate the delivery of basic education services
and provision of the facilities?

 The provisions of this shall primarily apply to all public and private
basic educational institutions and learning centers. Addressing the
needs of the public schools with regards to the facilities, updated
inventory with regards to the equipment’s in the laboratory. Proper
handling and maintenance of the equipment’s must be first and strict
implementing rules that will be imposed.

3. How will take good care of your learners by promoting learner's well-being
inclusive and positive learning environment?

 Great teachers take good care about their students. They want them
to succeed and are committed to helping them achieve their goals.
Moreover, teachers care about their students’ happiness, well-being
and life beyond the classroom. Investing yourself in your students
creates a positive atmosphere in the classroom that can enhance your
relationship with students and makes them feel important. A student
is far more likely to respond to a teacher who cares and is therefore
more likely to learn and engage. Connecting with your students
establishes trust, which is important to the students’ learning
because it makes them comfortable enough to participate, ask for

help when needed, and pay closer attention to advice and
encouragement. Also, students feel better about themselves if they
feel that a teacher has taken a genuine interest in them; they are
motivated, and stronger self-assurance can make it easier for the
student to challenge themselves academically.

4. How will give support for teachers to teach better?

 Teacher is also human, human that is not perfect. Government can

support teachers to teach better if will they give teachers enough
teaching tools and equipment’s that will made their lesson deliver
easily inside and outside the learning environment. Today, students
interest is so difficult to catch up, they are more techy than other
teachers. They more engaged with actual activities than to listen with
the boring discussion in front of them.
