TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. RESERVATION
Room request will be subject to availability at the rates that have been mutually agreed between the company
and the guesthouse once room reservations are being made by the authorized persons.
Should the guests check in without any recommendation from the companyor written notice or company
guarantee letter, the regular published rate will be applied.
CHECK IN TIME
 Check in time is start from 14.00
 Early check in from 6-10 charge 50% from thr contract rate
 Request for early check in at 10am onward subject to the availability, unless the room is reserved for the
night prior to guests arrival
CHECK OUT TIME
 Check out time is 12.00
 Request for late check out is subject to availability with the following surcharge:
Before 15.00 - 30% charge of the contract rate
Before 18.00 - 50% charge of the contract rate
After 18.00- 1 day surcharge as per contract rate

B. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
If any confirmed guests reservation is cancelled, the guesthouse must receive a written notice from the company at
least 3 days prior to the guest schedule arrival. In the event of such written notice is not received within the limit
time stated on the event that the guests no show, one day charge will be applied automatically.
