Dear Sir,

In order to pursue an MS in Management programme at the Budapest University of Technology and

Economics, which is somewhat relevant to my previous educational experience, I am writing this letter of
application. Syed Umar Hayat Hashmi is my name. After completing my BS in Business Administration at
the University of Sindh, I went on to the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology
to earn my MBA with a concentration in human resource management in 2021. (SZABIST).

My decision to pursue an MS at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics is a fantastic

chance that will hopefully lead to many doors of opportunity for me to succeed in my profession. My
prior work experience on numerous initiatives in businesses where I collaborated with people from
different cultures also had an impact. Additionally, I have a strong desire to learn the background of
anything that seems obvious to me, so it has become a habit of mine to do so. This habit has helped me
gain a clear understanding of how people think, which has helped me come up with novel approaches
that I believe will be helpful to others. which is why I'd like to pursue higher education in HRM and
management, particularly in relation to project management, which is closely tied to the current
workplace.

I am fluent in the English language, which I acquired via my secondary, tertiary, and MBA education, as
well as through my professional experience where English is the official business language. I was also
taught English as a second language at my university. I aim to develop a prosperous career as an HCM
Manager by gaining a tonne of knowledge through your university's MS Program in Management.

I aim to be a recipient of the Stipendium Scholarship, which offers students the chance to study in
Hungary. I will be able to further my studies and research thanks to this chance, which will help me fulfil
my ambition. I could contribute my professional expertise and knowledge from my studies and
employment to your university and be a huge benefit to it. The MS in Management degree, however,
allows me the opportunity to study abroad, which not only broadens my understanding of the subject
but also gives me confidence and fresh learning opportunities in a different culture. This degree appeals
to me because it will provide me the opportunity to travel, experience new cultures, and learn new
things. I will also benefit from receiving an education from a European nation. First of all, it will enable
me to work abroad once I earn my MS. Second, I'll gain knowledge from my coursework. Third, my MBA
thesis-related research skills and four years of real-world work experience will complement my MS
studies.

Hungary is also my dream country to study in because of its cutting-edge technology, lovely locations,
traditions, and a nation with stunning architecture, rich history, top-notch education, vibrant cultural life,
many people of world heritage, and easy access to public transportation in the centre of Europe. It is
encouraging to know that I aspire to study at one of the world's oldest and best universities and that
Hungary is my dream country because it offers unparalleled exposure to be acquired.

After completing my MS programme and returning with a wealth of knowledge, I'll work on multi-
platform projects with my consulting company. This would be the ideal approach for me to use the
knowledge I've gained from my international experience to help my nation's rural residents, business
community, illustrious organisations, and educational system. My plan is to complete coursework and
perform research in a sparsely studied area. The invention will enter the realm of research as a result.
When my study is published at the conclusion of my MS Coursework, the university's name will be
included in addition to mine.

In conclusion, I am eager to learn new things, develop my abilities, and increase my understanding of
HCM. I believe the greatest approach for me to enhance my career would be to get an MS in
Management.

Thank you
