Implementation Engineer
Principal responsible for understanding customer requirements, setting up test and production system, functional testing and
accompanying airlines during implementation project.
• Functional and Technical Support to airlines: Supported more than 25 airlines as a main point of contact. Handled
customer’s questions concerning interline e-ticketing, third party GDS, third party ground handling
• Troubleshooting and Investigation: First level investigation for PTRs, IRs WOs. Coordinating parallel investigation
with various experts.
• Status report: Provided regular status during implementation process
• PSS Migration for Interline e-ticketing: Successfully managed Smartwings, JJ-PZ (LATAM) demigration to Sabre,
Amaszonas airline and Bangkok airways migration.
• Revenue Integrity Implementation: Implemented Germania (GM /ST) migration for Sales Watcher, Passenger
Name Manger, e-Ticket Synchroniser and Incoming Passive segments.
• System capture / Restore: Maintain the sync between production & test data for consistency.
• Follow up and Functional Testing: Follow-up issues spotted during tests and ensure they are resolved

company reported revenues of €3,417.7 million and EBITDA of €1,306.0 million. Customers include Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa.
• Managing customer needs: Managed product requirements from users (Amadeus staff and ACOs),
• Problem solving Highlighted problems and provided recommendations to development team to improve the product.
• Functional documentation: created and published functional user guides, quick cards and powerpoint presentations
• Functional walk-through provided functional training (one-on-one) to more than 30 Amadeus staff
• Customer support: supported more than 150 users worldwide as main contact point & increased adoption by 30%.
• Product development: Collected feedback from product users using survey monkey for future design of product.
• Requirements gathering and analysis: Analyzed business requirements,processes to define business and technical
integration. Mapping out initial requirements and the scope of the website using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Documentation: created design forms, collected feedback from clients on mock-ups to gather and write requirements.
• Coordination and Communication: Liaison between the business and the technical team and ensured that
requirements and specifications are communicated accurately.

Working in a high-tech environment, in a privileged region of the world, the daily threats of poverty, sickness, discrimination and exploitation
often seem far removed. Yet, we are all familiar with examples close-by or further a-field. With this in mind, a small group of staff from
Amadeus met in November 2002 and since then, is putting some very simple ideas into place to help various humanitarian initiatives.

receive full funding for educational goals.
• ESSEC Excellence récipiendaire de la Bourse de mérite : Selected from over 2000 applicants to receive
partial funding in tution fees.
Mars: The challenge was to optimize their marketing and supply chain and provide recommendations for efficiency of
marketing campaigns, stock management and budget allocation between brands.
• AS-IS analysis: Started by doing the AS-IS analysis of the project to look at the current state of data.
• JAD sessions: Organized and conducted JAD sessions
• Analyze requirements: Analyzed requirements from raw data. Created functional and business requirements.
• Documentation: All requirements were put together in a functional requirement document.
