than 20 years I was in charge of leading the work teams of all
departments related to human capital such as human resources,

environment and financial transactions such as taxes, financial
analysis, feasibility study and costs of projects.
Throughout this period, I faced many challenges that stretched my
capabilities, I was able, with my team, to double the volume of the
business of several companies, saving companies from bankruptcy
and dealing with a lot of emergency situations such as strikes,
mergers, acquisitions and exits.

• The growth of the Group's volume of the business during my tenure starting
in 9/2018 until now increased to 9 times
• Due to the required increase in the volume of human capital, which has
grown by 5 times, I was able to handle all the needed processes from
recruitment, employment, government procedures, training and reducing
the turnover rate (the number of current employees in the group exceeds 4
thousand)
• I was in charge of the Automation project “ERP” which includes all
