Project Title: News management Application – NEWS4U

Project Description:
The application focuses on providing one single portal for getting latest and updated
news in a systematic manner with help of AI or ML baised chatbot. It will focues on
Users getting collective news accoding to there requirement and in which topic they
are interested in . The application will be using an ai trained chatbot to interact with
the user with ease and fulfil the user according to there interest they have set on.
Using online news database the chatbot can easily set on the required news and
information according to the preference picked by the user in faster and accurate way .
The application can auto update according to the new news and trends that will get
published online by different portals database .

Business Case Template:

Project Statement: We currently don’t have a proper system to keep track of the
daily news and information that goes on daily,which is important to keep track on
what’s going on the society and also to increase Knowleage on the world latest
affairs. So, we need to design a system to overcome this problem.
Projects similar to manyalready exist tech but none of them provide a unified interface
with all the latest tech bots , escaping the problem of messy news info. The chatbot
designed in the application can be evaluated in terms of effectively fulfilling the social
responsibility function of crisis reporting, to deliver timely and accurate information
on the COVID-19 pandemic to a wide audience. In this light, many study shows the
advantages of implementing chatbots in news platforms during a crisis situation, when
the audience’s needs for timely and accurate information rapidly increase.

History: Apps like Enlightment, Enshorts have implemented features that allowed
users by providing sort news headline , news templet in their application bills, but the
user interface is laggy and outdated.

Limitations:
 It is not a human agent
 Implementation time is high
 It sometimes may not understand a query

Approach: - Use of mathematical expressions

- Use of HTML, CSS and Python

Benefits: - keeping track of latest information on the world affair becomes much
easier.
 Better personification
 Auto updatation according to the data update in online database.
 High accuracy in required news delivery.

Result: Thus, the project team formed, the project is described, the business case was
prepared and the problem statement was arrived.
