I am a pastry assistant with 2 years of professional experience in the pastry area of
the Hotel Tequendama in the city of Bogotá. After reading the job offer for the
Pastry Chef position, I knew I had the skills and qualities to be the person Marriot
International needs to fill that position. As a candidate with experience in the
responsibilities associated with the position, I believe that you would be extremely

In my job as a pastry assistant, I have developed my communication skills such as
good teamwork, manuals in the production of various pastry products and supply
orders. In addition to that, I have stood out for being autonomous, responsible and
punctual. I also completed my kitchen technician studies at SENA, where I grew to
become a highly qualified professional with great skills. Which today I want to
expand and make known. My goal is to apply all these skills to the pastry assistant
