Title: One Perpetualite: Take A Stand, Lend A Hand

1. Rationale
One Perpetualite: Take A Stand, Lend A Hand is a community activity that aims to inspire
and widen the understanding of the students of Dela Paz Elementary School on the
importance of hygiene in every individual. In fact, it is considered as one of the essential
methods to prevent infectious diseases like COVID-19. Additionally, this activity would
serve as an informative way to be more knowledgeable with health issues. Thus, the CBA
and CEAA students at the university would be able to practice being Perpetualites by
means of helping others.

2. University Mission
The UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP SYSTEM is dedicated to the development of
the Filipino as a leader. It aims to graduate dynamic students who are physically,
intellectually, socially and spiritually committed to the achievement of the highest quality
of life.

As a system of service in health and education, the University of Perpetual Help System is
dedicated to the formation of Christian service and research-oriented professionals, leaders
and citizens with great social concern and with commitment to the delivery of quality
education and health care.

It shall produce Perpetualites who outstandingly value the virtues of reaching out and
helping others as vital ingredients to nation building.

3. Program Educational Objectives


● CBA and CEAA students
a. To properly address the needs of the underprivileged through social services in order to
promote holistic human development.
b. To live out of Christian values and acquire Perpetualite Spirituality in order to transform
society.
c. In order to improve and restore the social functioning of those who are poor.
d. To act as a location for training programs in community development, academic exposure,
and immersion.
e. To maximize and enhance partnerships, connections, and networking for the delivery of
programs and services with greater effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Objectives of the Activity and Their Relation to Program Education

5. Expected Impact
The expected impact of this activity is that the CBA and CEAA students will be able to
build rapport and camaraderie, establish harmonious relationships among the students, and
mold their personalities as compassionate individuals.
The expected impact of this activity for the students of Dela Paz Elementary school is that
it will promote the health and well-being of the students, provide them proper nutrition,
and improve their concentration in school.

8. Mechanics
The selected students from sections C4S and E4M will be excused from their respective
classes as well as be obliged to attend and participate in the event as it will build the
framework towards the harmonious relationship between the grade school students, the
faculty, and the university’s administration.

10:00 - 10:30 AM Distribution of hygiene kits

10:30 - 11:00 AM Feeding program

11:30 - 12:00 PM Closing prayer, closing remarks

10. Budget
Projected budget will be ₱4,500. It will cover the expenses for the hygiene kits and foods
for the program. (50 pesos per student from sections C4S and E4M).
