Method of submitting the statement

In the end, 3830 entities submitted the statement (this number does not include double
statements, that is statements submitted simultaneously in both two ways - on-line and off-
line).
The number and the wording of the submitted statements (Table 3) contained very important
information on the functioning of particular entities on the telecommunications market. The
majority of statements concerned all the points that were mentioned in the call. Submission of
a full statement may be a proof that a given entity is no longer functioning on the
telecommunications market, even though it is registered as an undertaking in the Register of
Telecommunications Undertakings.

As it was mentioned above, some undertakings submitted a statement through the SIBI, and at
the same time they submitted the statement in a written form to UKE.
The final number of the statements submitted, taking into account double statements, is
presented in Table 4.
