1. How did you feel about the activity?


 I find the activity very helpful and self-reflecting.
2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?
 It was easy because all I have to do is to think and observe my emotion in the mirror and then do
some reflection of thoughts after.
3. Were you able to mirror the emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios in your life and
aspects of your personality? How?
 Yes. After picturing the different scenarios in my mind, I think about how I feel after picturing
them. After that, I mirror my thoughts and my feelings by showing my emotions in the mirror.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
 I noticed that my strength includes having a good circle of friend, a good academic performance,
and the way I easily deal with any difficulties in my life. However, strength also comes with
weaknesses, and as I observe myself, I think I have to improve my relationship with God because I
barely talk to Him, although I am grateful for the things that I have because of Him. And also, living
without my parents beside me was a bit difficult for me as a young teenager.

 I find this activity helpful and very mindful. It reminds me of the goals that I want to achieve in my
life and the things to stop, improve, and start to be a better person.
2. How would this help you to attain your personal goal?
 It will help me to focus on my priorities in life and help me to reflect on the things in myself that I
should change or develop for the better so that I can achieve my goals in life without regrets but
instead, with morals and lessons that will be surely helpful in the future.
3. What could be the possible barriers to achieving your personal goals?
 The possible barriers to achieving goals vary among individuals. The barriers might be within
yourself or because of the influence of other people. It might be because of a lack of confidence,
ability to deal with challenges, lack of motivation, lack of skills, judgments, and criticisms, etc.
However, if we start believing in ourselves and continue to strive, we can overcome and surpass
all of the barriers to achieving our personal goals in life.
