March 31 discovery of a dog
bound by the legs with tape
inside a bucket in a dumpster
outside Ollie’s Bargain Outlet
in Pulaski. The dog is a
4-year-old tan Chihuahua mix
with a white snout. The bucket
is blue with a white lid and
text that reads, “Pioneer
Athletics,” and is believed
to have originally contained
field marking paint.
