Welcome to the 10th annual Internet Service Provider conference, ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests and

colleagues. For those of you who are new to the ISP conference today, it is the annual gathering of the organization of
Internet service providers. 
I'd like to extend a warm welcome not just to the conference but also to the lovely nation of Luxembourg. This is the
first time the conference has been hosted in this location, and I want to express my gratitude to the local organizing
committee, which is expertly led by Vincent Lemaire, for pulling everything together so quickly and finding such a
fantastic location. 
It's been a difficult year overall. As the Internet continues to grow in popularity, it becomes more dangerous, with
risks to all levels of society.
The primary goal of the vears conference is to examine solutions to make the Internet safer for everyone. We are
honored to have Mike Myers, a renowned expert in the subject, among us today as our distinguished guest speaker. 
Before I turn the microphone over to Mike for his introductory remarks.
