MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
between
Belen Elementary School
and
HPTA Officers and Parents

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sets for the terms and understanding between Belen
Elementary School and GPTA Officers and Parents as to their agreement in the construction of
Comfort Rooms for Grades 4-Sapphire and Grade 6-Opal at Belen Elementary School
respectively.
With the cooperation of the parents, Belen Elementary School was able to construct new
comfort rooms that would be a great benefit for the pupils, particularly the grade 4-Sapphire
and grade 6-Opal, of the school. However, the school needs financial assistance for the
materials/equipment, labor and other necessary expenses for the entire duration of
construction.
Thus, HPTA Officers and Parents agreed the following:
1. Each pupil will contribute an amount of Php 100.00.
2. Parents will help in carrying the hollow blocks from the front gate/roadside to
the school. Fifteen bricks per parent.
3. The Barangay Captain and Council offered their barangay tanods to help in
transporting the materials inside the school premise.
This Memorandum of Agreement shall become effective upon signature by the authorized
officials and will remain in effect until changed by any one of the partners by mutual consent.
