Conveyor Decline

Notes:

a) 6 sheets of 2.4m x 4.5m galvanised welded mesh to be installed per cut with galvanised split sets
b) Install the mesh sheets "lengthwise" in the direction of advance with mesh overlap not less than 300mm (3 squares)
c) Install 2.4m long x 47mm diameter split sets on the heading walls & the backs pinned with 225mm x 225mm combi plates
d) Where the mesh overlaps in the first ring, use 0.9m x 39mm stubby bolts with 150mm x 150mm plates installed into the existing split sets of the last mesh ring of the previous cut
e) Splitsets to be installed at or a close as possible to 90 degrees to the wallrock. Bolt driving time must be between 15-25 seconds
f) 13 splitsets per ring to be installed at a 1.1m bolt spacing with rings spaced 1.4m apart, spot bolts to be installed where required
g) The installed mesh should not be more than 1.5m from the face and additional split sets should be installed in the backs if the mesh is further than 1.0m from the face
h) One pull ring to be installed after every 2 cuts
