G. LETTER FOR REQUEST

1. The leaders should submit a request letter addressed to Dean Ramos for the purpose of
borrowing the projector in BULWAGAN (GK).
2. Hard copy/printed
3. Signed by the group leader
4. Noted by Prof. Ronie M. Tiamson
5. Leave the “date” blank
6. Must be submitted ONE WEEK BEFORE the usage of projector/presentation
7. The group leader will submit a sample request letter on April 11, 2023 (Tuesday)

H. INSTRUCTIONS REGARDS TO REPORTING

● No cue cards when reporting. In short, the reporters are not allowed to hold anything
during the presentation.
● The group must provide a laptop and HDMI on the scheduled date of the report.
● If the group is not prepared on the scheduled date of reporting, they will be MARKED AS
ABSENT and will NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE CLASS
● If the presentation per topic exceeds 30 minutes, there will be a deduction on the total
score
● If the group wasn't able to provide a letter of request one week before presentation,
there will be a deduction to OVERALL PRESENTATION and will not be able to use the
projector.

I. ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT
● MIDTERM will be conducted ONSITE at BUKOD TANGING BULWAGAN (GK) on April
14, 2023
● Prepare payment for the test papers. The block treasurer will collect the payment.
