The primary education system in Canada and Australia starts at age 5/6 and 6 respectively while that of Japan starts at age 6. However, they
all end around age 12/13. Secondary education in Canada and Australia starts at age 12/13 and ends around 18/19, while in Japan it starts at age 12
and ends at age 15/16. Tertiary education in Canada and Australia mainly offered by universities and colleges offer undergraduate and postgraduate
programs, while Japan only offers undergraduate programs. All three countries have their unique National Curriculum. Also, province and territory
can adjust Canada's National Curriculum, while each state and territory can do the same adjustment for Australia's National Curriculum. However,
Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology establishes its national curriculum. The assessment methods for all three
countries involve tests, exams, and assignments.
