It is truly an honor for a person to be awarded with distinction in any field.

However, to
be nominated is also monumental feat as it espouses the idea of being recognized for the hard
work and sacrifices that a person had endured over a period of time. In the end, winning an
award just becomes the final blessing. A sort of “icing on the cake” because being nominated is
already a victory- a sense of validation of one’s worth.
It is with much humility, deepest confidence, and much pride that this letter is composed
in support of Ms. _____________________’s candidacy for the Most Outstanding Educator
Award. She epitomizes being an innovator, a problem- solver, and a dynamic member of the
academe.
As a testament to these characteristics, she holds position in various academic and civic
organizations. She is the president of the Private Schools Association of Pangasinan I (PRISAP).
In like manner, she is an officer of the Association of Private Schools, Colleges, and Universities
(APSCU). And she is the president of the Catholic Women’s League (CWL).
As the president of the PRISAP, she continuously initiates programs that hone the skills
and talents of the private school teachers of the division of Pangasinan I. She ensures
sustainability by leading training programs and upskilling programs intended for the
administrators and school heads as well. But the most significant contribution of Ms.
________________ as the president of PRISAP is her advocacy of creating a complementary
relationship between and among the members of the public schools and private schools. This she
firmly advocates because she is a firm believer of the value of partnership towards progress and
success.
And as the president of the local chapter of the CWL, she leads the organization in some
of the outreach program that caters the needs of the least, the last, and the lost.
Ms. _________________ does not work or serve for awards or accolades, but simply to
inspire and create ripples of positive changes in the community she serves. She is firm but fair in
the way she delegates responsibilities, and she has the heart of a compassionate leader in the
delivery of her duties and responsibilities.
Ms. ____________________ has a calling, and that calling is in the field of academics
which she extraordinarily balances with her role at home and in the community. She teaches the
people she comes to contact with to strive to become the best version of themselves. She imbues
the spirit of positivity with special regard to faith and love.
I thank thee for the opportunity to recommend her as one of the outstanding candidates
for the distinguished excellence award. May this recommendation serve as pivotal chance for her
to be validated and usher in a new source of inspiration for others to emulate.

With complete confidence and pride,
